Hi Andrea,
Awesome site and blog! Burrata!!
I love your passion and the stories, recipes, photos - food porn at its classiest!
It's been awhile since Key West - your jokes and toasts had us all rolling with laughs.
Thanks for sharing your passions in life.

I like your newsletter and blog. The only problem is, I get a headache, fast from trying to read the red on black site. Also the text in the left column is totally unreadable b/c it's grey on black. Note I am only 32 and have decent eyesight. Not a critique but rather a hope that you'll know your site is almost too difficult to read. Maybe you can change the color scheme a bit, soften it a little? Ciao.

Step-By-Step Guide to Making Casatiello

  • d) Separating the dough
This is bread that celebrates springtime, the bread we make around Easter in Italy - like an easter egg, this bread is stuffed with surprises - salami, pancetta, cheese, and whole eggs. It is delicious and nourishing and satisfying - everything bread should be! Glance through these pictures as an accessory to the recipe in the post. Who knew that making bread could be this much fun?!
